Delete your account

Verify your email here without opening the app. Your account is locked immediately; permanent cloud deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period.

What happens

During recovery, normal sign-in and synchronization stop. At the end of 30 days, account identity, sessions, synced plans and cloud attachments are scheduled for deletion, except records that must be retained by law. Local copies on other devices are not remotely erased. For restoration during the recovery period, contact support@strimplan.com.
