StrimPlan helps you manage plans across devices and with people you invite. This policy applies to the Web, Android, and iOS versions; available features and permissions may differ by platform.

Information we handle

Account and security data may include your email, username, profile name and photo, password verifier, verification events, device identifiers, and sessions. Product data may include plans, subtasks, reviews, tags, categories, reminders, attachments, collaboration invitations, membership, and edit history. We also process information you choose to import, such as calendar items or location details, when you use those features.

Purpose and sharing

We process this information to provide registration, sign-in, storage, cross-device synchronization, collaboration, reminders, attachments, support, and security. Plan data is stored on your device and, when your account syncs, on StrimPlan's cloud service. Invited collaborators can access shared plans and associated attachments according to their permissions. If you choose to add your current location to a plan, the device location and geocoding services may process your coordinates to obtain a place name. The location you save becomes part of that plan and follows its synchronization and sharing settings. You can decline location access and enter a place manually. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Infrastructure and service providers

Our website, account authentication, synchronization API and cloud data are hosted on Tencent Cloud in Singapore. Verification emails are sent using Tencent Cloud SES in Hong Kong. Support and privacy correspondence is handled through Alibaba Cloud enterprise email. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country or region. Providers receive only the data needed for their service: for example, your email address and verification message for email delivery, or network connection details in operational logs. We do not include plan content in verification emails. Pending invitees can see a limited plan summary before deciding whether to join; full shared-plan access follows acceptance and applicable permissions.

Permissions

Notification, calendar, location, and file access are requested only when a feature needs them. You may decline a permission, although that feature may then be unavailable. You can manage permissions in device settings and plan sharing in StrimPlan.

Security and retention

Network communication uses HTTPS. Account sessions use protected storage where supported. No online service guarantees absolute security; please protect your account and devices. We retain account and synced content while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. After an account-deletion request, ordinary access is locked for a 30-day recovery period. The scheduled purge then removes the account and associated cloud data; records that law requires us to retain may be kept for the required period. Local copies on other devices are not remotely erased.

Your controls

You can edit or delete plans, leave shared plans, and request account deletion in the app or on the account deletion page. During the recovery period you can contact us about restoration. For access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy questions, email privacy@strimplan.com.

Updates and operator

We update this page and its effective date when our practices change. StrimPlan is developed and operated by Shanghai Ranweiran Technology Co., Ltd. (上海然未然科技有限公司).
